Recently, my eyes are tired for obvious reasons. To relax my eyes, I learned the following eye exercises.
Eye exercise is a kind of health exercises for the eyes. The purpose is to massage the eye points, improve the blood circulation of the eyes and head, relax muscles, so to improve eye fatigue, and prevent eye diseases such as myopia.
Eye exercise is a comprehensive massage method based on ancient Chinese medical massage and meridian theory combined with sports and medical treatment. It massages the acupuncture points around the eye to make the blood in the eye unblocked and improve neurotrophy. In addition, eye exercise also includes eye movements and eye (distance) gaze. Lastly, eye health must include nutrition balance as well.
Please note, there is no scientific research on the results of eye exercises. It is a brief ;-)
Most of the following exercises are based on the version of the 2018 Chinese Standard Eye Exercises
